If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will include the purchase price of the item and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Replacements and Exchanges:
If the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement of the same item.
Exchanges for different products will not be accepted. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order separately.
6. Non-Returnable Items:

Size Error – if you have size problem, the product will not be refunded, it can only be exchange and shipping charges will have to be paid extra.
Downloadable software or digital products
Perishable goods
